The airline continues to deal with its customers, many of whom have been waiting since March for a refund. The company now assures that all customers who have requested the refund will receive the money in their accounts within four to six weeks.
It is assured that all those travelers affected by the cancellations who have submitted their request "are in the queue for cash refunds", which will be finalized as the days go by.
Likewise, the airline assures that "no further cancellations are foreseen" and that during the months of July and August all scheduled flights will be carried out.
Ryanair recently claimed that it had already paid 100% of the refunds requested last March, which was denied by dozens of customers.
