Jet2.com resumes flights as of July 1

British airline Jet2.com has announced its decision to resume flights worldwide as of July 1. The company had suspended all flights since early April until at least June 17, due to the measures implemented by the British government.

The company is contacting those customers who had a flight prior to July 1 to evaluate different options, one of which is to hold the reservation for another time.

In addition, they assure that they will take the appropriate measures, in agreement with the authorities, to ensure the maximum safety and well-being of the entire crew. Details will be announced as the situation progresses. It should be noted that the group and its tour operator, Jet2Holidays, are making special preparations to return to Mallorca at the end of June.

The importance of customer service

The company states that "with aircraft parked, our priority has been to look after customers whose flights have also been affected, and we are proud to say that our work has been recognized by being awarded as the UK airline and tour operator that has reacted best to this crisis, according to a survey by MoneySavingExpert".

They also guarantee support and assistance for those affected by this new press release.
